Return is accepted within 10 working days of receipt after you full explain the problems we may ask for some additional checks to narrow down the problem. Any problem due to our mistake we will exchange the item free of charge and in most cases your return postage will be refunded. If buyer yourself have made the wrong purchase or have changed his/her mind, we accept return to exchange for the correct one, but buyer is responsible for the postage and handling fee after the 10 days of the purchase all the warranties are RTB and you will have to pay for the warranty returns.Before returning any item you need RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) Number, please contact us via ebay to obtain one and then return the item. item returned without RMA number is not identifiable and will be lost.All our items in our shop, Marked NEW comes with 100 days warranty. DELIVERY TIME |

We use Royal Mail 1st class as standard if the order size is big or more valuable item is purchased, we will use City-Link, Royalmail Special or Recorded Sign-for Service. Mostly UK mainland orders gets delivered within 1-5 working days.EU orders as standard will he dispatched in Royalmail Airmail Small Packet, Normal delivery time is 5-15 working days. we also have option to buy with Tracking number facility with some additional cost. Item dispatched with tracking number is also quicker service and we will provide you with tracking number and you can track the item via internet. Out side EU, international orders will only be dispatched with Tracking number and postage will be calculated according to your location.All above delivery times are estimated and it does not include weekend and bank holiday. Some time delivery may get delayed or get lost as accidents can happen. If item does not turns up with in above estimated times, please inform u. According to Royalmail, we will have to wait little longer for UK post it is not considered lost until 15th working day and EU and International post is not considered lost until 28th day from dispatched date. This does not always happen but we have to keep this in mind, if this item is still not delivered we will arrange the replacement or full refund will be issued. |
